about.

Teresa Marcy’s artistic practice is rooted in a deep appreciation for the people and places that shape everyday life. Through her work, she helps others remember, record, and celebrate the environments that matter most to them.

Teresa’s recent projects include monoprints made with natural materials gathered from her garden and local hiking trails, as well as watercolour portraits of homes within her community. A highlight of her practice has been creating commissioned pieces that incorporate plants collected by clients and portraits of their own homes, allowing her to help others capture the places that hold personal meaning.

Teresa is an artist based in London, Ontario. She holds a BFA from Western University and a B.Ed in Artist in Community Education from Queen’s University. She currently works as a visual arts educator with the Thames Valley District School Board. Teresa has exhibited professionally throughout Ontario, and her work is held in private collections.
